The ST9153 is a 40V high-input-voltage, low-dropout linear regulator (LDO) built with Bi-CMOS technology, drawing only 6uA typical quiescent current (VIN=7V) with just 300mV dropout at 100mA load and 100mA output current (up to 500mA typ.). Fixed outputs of 1.8V / 3.3V / 3.6V / 5.0V ~ 10V are available with better than ±2% accuracy and 45dB PSRR at 100Hz, plus overcurrent and overtemperature protection. Offered in a Pb-free, halogen-free SOT-89-3L package for smart meters, instrumentation, home appliances and industrial control.
