ST8568 500mA high PSRR LDO regulator

ST8568 500mA High-PSRR Low-Dropout (LDO) Linear Regulator

ST8568

The ST8568 is a 500mA high-PSRR, low-dropout linear regulator (LDO) with 70dB ripple rejection at 1kHz, low 47uVrms output noise and only 300mV dropout at 300mA load. It draws 35uA typical quiescent current and 0.1uA in shutdown, and a built-in 1.5K discharge resistor quickly discharges the output when CE is low. The output is customizable from 1.0V to 4.5V in 0.1V steps with ±2% accuracy, with current limit and foldback short-circuit protection, in SOT-23-3, SOT-23-5, SC-70-5 and DFN1x1-4 packages for cellular phones and battery-powered equipment.
