ST8415 5~20V Synchronous Rectifier Controller

Overview

The ST8415 is an AC-DC secondary-side synchronous rectification controller. The chip supports an operating voltage range of 5V to 20V and is compatible with CCM, DCM and QR operating modes. It adopts innovative adaptive dead-time control technology to effectively prevent cross conduction, and employs intelligent synchronous turn-on condition detection technology to reliably avoid turning on the synchronous rectifier in the ringing region under DCM mode. The chip also integrates over-temperature protection, undervoltage protection, overvoltage protection and other functions, and is housed in a compact SOT23-5 package.
