Overview
The ST8112 is a high-performance current-mode PWM controller with an integrated 650V/2A power MOSFET. It delivers up to 15W of output power across a wide input voltage range of 85V to 265V, with a peak output power capability of up to 18W. Designed with an ultra-low startup current as low as 10µA and automatic green-mode entry at light loads, the ST8112 achieves standby power consumption of less than 100mW at 220V AC input. The device minimizes operation in the audible frequency range below 20kHz, ensuring no audible noise, while the integrated frequency shuffling function effectively simplifies EMI design. Comprehensive protection including OCP, OLP, UVLO, OVP and OTP ensures reliable system operation under all conditions.
