ST3004

The ST3004 is a hardware protection IC for 3~4S Li-ion battery packs, integrating high-accuracy voltage, current and temperature detection with delay circuits for comprehensive battery protection. Charge over-voltage protection covers 3.650V / 3.850V / 4.150~4.400V with ±25mV accuracy, and discharge under-voltage protection covers 2.200~2.800V with ±30mV accuracy, plus charge over-current, discharge over-current and short-circuit protection. It supports internal and external cell balancing, low-voltage charge inhibition and charge/discharge status detection, with only 15µA normal and 5µA sleep current, housed in an SSOP16 package.
